        Overall

        It took 20 minutes to go through checkout line to get 6 bales of pine straw. The lines were terrible and there were only 2 cashiers available. This is when everyone is planting. Please be better prepared. And the other line had 4 new people go through their line instead of taking the next in line. When I pulled up to get bales, there were 2 guys loading-one in truck throwing to other guy. One bale broke because he threw it when the other wasn't looking costing me even more time. I won't go back to that garden center again.

        Called to find a sealant for top of chimney, and was passed to three different departments. No one seemed to know where to send me. Everyone was friendly and sorry they couldn't help me, but management needs to have employees bone up on where to send a customer for help. Otherwise, can tell you we go to Lowe's at least once a week and prefer Lowe's to Home Depot hands down.
