Edible Arrangements

I have been diong business with them for several months now and I LOVE THEM!!! They are always polite and the customer service is great! My fruit has always been fresh and delivered on time. Valentine's Day was a little crazy but I understand that my order was not the only one, and taking that into consideration, i realize that I am probably not the only one who LOVES THEM.

I would NEVER buy anything from this place i was told that my delivery would be delivered to my work by 3pm when it NEVER showed called and wa told that it would be delivered to my home by 9pm wel GUESS what i NEVER received the basket went to the store to talk to the manager and she DID NOT wan to refund my money come to find out they NEVER even made my basket the customer service at this location SUCKS AND I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING from this place or refer anyone to them spend your money where they care about their customers or and the one star is only because you have to pick at least one cause they WOULD NOT of even got that!!

Ordered for my wife for Valentines Day. Call at 2pm to the check status of my order and was told, “The fruit was still being prepared”. At 4:30 still no delivery. Was given the option to have delivery made to my house and still never showed up.

So, my I did get a refund but wife had no Valentines Day.

Horrible!!! I placed an order the day before I asked it too be delivered to my wife's work and when 6pm rolled around the next day.... my wife came with NO gift. They never delivered It!! Nor did they call me and let me know they were not going to deliver it! Never will I do business with sh*t hole of a company again. Besides, who wants a $63 bowl of fruit. And that was the cheapest item after you pay for only three strawberries to be Half dipped and delivery.
