My son's Dodge Charger broke down (alternator quit) late on a Friday night, in Dayton, TN - about 100 miles from Murfreesboro. Southern Belle towing responded immediately and professionally. They communicated with me throughout the process and brought the car over 100 miles back to Murfreesboro. The driver spent basically all night on the road to make it happen, so I could get the car repaired and my son back to college on Sunday evening. I can't thank them enough for their prompt, courteous, and professional service. The driver texted me updates, and I was able to pay the overage on miles (from my roadside assistance allowance) by phone when they got the car back to Murfreesboro at around 5:00 am Saturday morning. This is a class-act tow company with reasonable rates, great equipment & people, and attention to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for any towing need, especially if it requires a long tow.

At 1230 am 12/04/2012 my husband had flat. He was travelling to Missouri and had many miles to go still with his cell phone all but dead and no way to charge it. After calling several places to whom acted as though my call was an inconvenience to them, Jason at Southern Belle Towing and Recovery, answered not only once but several times to not only find a tire for my husband, but let me know that he had gotten there safe to get the tire and even made it possible for my husband to be able to charge his phone so we could keep in contact the remaining 7 hours he still had to drive. Words cannot express my thanks and gratitude for the extra steps that were taken to aid my family. This was by far customer service, but acts of pure human kindness and care. Thank you deeply from the Collins/Dwyer family and Merry Christmas and God bless you!
Wheel axle and frame came apart while my mother was driving to church Tuesday morning..and her mechanic referred southern belle towing and these guys came out and couldn't tow the car because the front end was sitting on the ground dragging. So he jacked the car up with a car jack, put a block under it...went to the auto parts store not 1,2, but 3 x's until they gave him the right part....came back fixed the frame & axle..put it together...towed the car to the shop and only charged her $75 for labor and parts...All of this at a shop would cost you at least $350..and all under 2 hours....These guys are the best i've ever seen or heard of!! Wow...who does that??
