        Overall

        Being a local Teacher, I have used this storage facility every summer for the past 6 years. The staff are polite and the buildings are always clean. I, personally, will continue to use/recommend them.

        terrible customer service

        I live out of state but I still have a storage unit at Munford Mini Storage. I have requested several times to have a statement mailed to me yet I have not received one. I call to pay my storage bill and although I have been told that there are several notations on my account to mail a statement to me, this has yet to be done. Unless you reach the owner on your phone call, you have little chance of success when it comes to an intelligent conversation with the other workers.

        AVOID this storage facility at all costs! Spend the extra money and rent one of the national chain storage facilities in Millington.

        This business has terrible customer service, terrible business practices, and terrible communications skills on the part of it's employees.
