It seems in the last few years Bob Evans has been tearing down and rebuilding their restaurants so if you have been to one; you have pretty much been to them all. Consistency is good if you like what they offer; and in our case we like knowing the food, preparation, service and area is very consistently good, prices are fair and again we pretty much know what to expect place by place you may find one of these. The wife and I like them for Brunch after Services on Sundays, and occasional supper or lunch. Their typical American fare is always good; and we have never had a bad meal from them in the past 10 plus years. They have a Senior and Children menu and as older folks we like that things come a little bland and add what we want for condiments. Overall we like it for the offerings and consistencies. We pretty much know what we like and will be ordering before we go.
New owner comin in to get it back to tip top shape. Its been closed for 2 years and has been flooded. My son and I went for some FREE puttin a while back and it was really negleted. It is a sweet course when up to parr. No bumbers. You will putt through a few greens. When he opens again I will be back. Water falls and a creek gives it atmostphere... Spoke with new owner and he's seems like a good guy. He's got some work to do for sure.
The food which is all made on the premises is wonderful! Prices are great too! We sampled 4 of the desserts and of the 6 of us, each had a different favorite, and they were out of
