Sparks Computerized Car Care

These guys have been amazing to me! I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years after going to them on a prayer hoping to get my AC fixed. I had already paid 2 other places to "fix" it, only to have it stop functioning a couple weeks later. Sparks finally fixed it for good. They have also been excellent about sticking to their estimates. I had one major repair that required an expensive part that wasn't covered in the estimate. They included this for free!! I have also had free oil changes for being a loyal customer. I can't say enough good things about these guys!

Auto shops see the car seats in my car, my obvious lack of detailed auto knowledge, and my typical female appearance and dollar signs start popping up in their heads. Avoid those places! GO TO SPARKS! They aren't out to swindle you, they're out to do their job and do it well! No one has ever done a better job in my 16 years of car ownership, nor has anyone been as communicative and prompt!

Safe area, safe office, safe staff! Can't recommend them enough!

I am new to the area and needed a headlight repair. I would normally do this myself, but my car needed the the whole front removed to change a bulb. I needed an oil change too, and saw a coupon for Sparks in my local flyer ads. I stopped in, made an appointment and feared the worst. Well, Sparks did everything to make my repair easier. Excellent communication, fast work, double checking things like my belt when they noticed a noise when starting the car, and offered a great price on the headlights. I was out the door in 90 minutes, and I felt for the first time as a woman car owner that I hadn't been talked down to or upcharged for something I didn't need. I appreciated that, and I will definitely use Sparks any time I need work done on my car. Thanks for being honest and upstanding. No wonder you keep so busy!

Sparks is a RIPOFF. They told me they'd fix my engine and it was still not functioning properly after they were done. And no I didn't get my money back either.

I have used Sparks on many occasions. They have always been helpful and most important, honest. Several times they could have charged me for work that didn't need to be done but instead called me and told me that I didn't need it. I have always been satisfied with their work.

Please don't take your car to Sparks. Initially they completed a couple of small jobs with no problems. But when it got cold out, my car needed a major car repair to keep it running, and my daughter's car also needed a major repair. We both took our cars to Sparks around the same time. I feel so guilty because I recommended Sparks to her. They claimed to know what the problems were and that our cars would be fine after they repaired them. They charged my daughter a total of $1480 and her car begin having the same problem again approx. 3 weeks after Sparks "fixed it". She took it back three more times and they never fixed it. Her car stopped running from this problem and is now sitting in front of our apartment while she shops for another one, which the $1500 she paid Sparks would have come in handy for. Sparks charged me $1000 to fix my car's problem. A couple of weeks later the car also begin the have the same problem again. I took it to another mechanic and it's fine now, but I'm out $1000 that I paid Sparks for nothing. So if you need anything more major than an oil change or wheel work done on your vehicle, please, please don't take it to Sparks. They'll tell you they know what's wrong when they really don't. And they'll charge you for it and then keep your money when the problem still isn't fixed. Before this happened I'd read a couple of similar bad reviews about them but decided to give them a try anyway because of the good reviews. If you read this and take your car there anyway, don't say you weren't warned.

Hard to know who to trust when you're 200 miles away from the problem. My son is a student that had a problem which Dave and the staff took care of easily and professionally. Thanks Dave
