Grove at Muncie

I hate this place. The internet goes out all the time. They charge way too much for a poorly built building. I have now been locked out of my apartment after paying my rent early and now the staff left my apartment unlocked after leaving a random mattress in the middle of my living room. Whenever I call about a problem I get "sorry we can't help you" or "I don't know what your wanting us to do". How about do your damn job and know how to run an apartment complex before you decide to manage one. The staff is so rude and the maintenance staff just walk in without even knocking. Do not sign a lease here! I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get the hell out of here. Paper thin walls and so much noise at all hours of the night. While being locked out of my apartment when I finally got ahold of someone after an hour of waiting in my car alone at night the staff member tells me "I was about to go to bed" Ok I guess I will sleep in my car?? The dumbest people I've ever had the misfortune to lease with honestly. I repeat DO NOT sign a lease here! You will be so sorry that you did. They also don't tell you what your electric overage is and then make you pay late fees!

2nd night in a row that the internet went out during midterms week and I wish that was my biggest complaint. This place was built extremely cheap and made as a cash cow to the take money from students. The walls are paper thin. I am stuck listening to guy above me stomp around until 2 am everyday. The layout of the rooms is terrible. The office staff is all students and have no idea how to run an apartment complex. I feel like this place would be better served as a frat house or something similar. If you value quiet time, quality buildings or competent staff then do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I cannot wait for my lease to be up.
