I'd like to know why the new managers say I'm banned from mulberry grove store jumping Jimmy's? Cassie whom banned me got fired and Jessica became new manager and said I was no longer banned and even apologized to me how the old manager treated me trying to exchange menthol cigs which I'm allergic too for regular same brand still sealed basic full flav 100's which was purchased in same store by my brother who bought cigs the menthols for my mom she knew I was out of cigs and gave me a pack of her menthols still sealed to exchange at your store for mine, well at time Cassie was manager and the clerk was a girl named casondra which held up the line holding my cigs while on phone with manager Cassie and told Cassie I was holding up the line I even as a polite costumer stepped aside so she could help those behind me I was waiting on my cigs which she did NOT exchange and blamed me cuz some ppl walked out the store when she still was on phone with Cassie with my cigs still in her hand waiting on answer, Cassie told the clerk casondra to tell me I was banned for holding up the line and causing a scene which I did not and I had a deputy at my door telling me about the ban when I just wanted to even exchange same cigarets for non menthol your the only store in town unless I drive 12 miles away when there was nothing wrong to exchange my cigs like policy says as long as sealed and unopened and purchased there which they was so I get the ban lifted by Jessica the new manager after Cassie the old manager who banned me then Jesica gets fired and 4 months after ban lifted by Jesica I get told I was still banned :( please fix this for all your new employees are going by casies old ban sheet which was supposed to be disposed of because that's one reason Cassie was fired for banning too many ppl over common things, she was the type who liked you or didn't and banned ppl whom she didn't like Cassie complained cuz I didn't get to bank in time sometimes I'd bring change to pay for things she hated we counted change and always judged me for being gay male I didn't Pursue anything I've lived in mulberry grove since 1977 everyone has always liked me here I just don't understand now Cassie banned me Jessica unbanned me and now I'm banned again because new manager doesn't know for sure if I'm banned or not?
