I have never seen such poor customer service in my life (you know who you are). I think you need a inservice on customer service. It's Christmas time, and this employee tells people in the office about concerns they don't need to know.

I live in Mountain View, Wyoming. One horse town, we used to have down to Earth, sweet employees that did their job with a smile. Went out of their way to know you and quite helpful they were. Then they retired and the USPS hires on a arrogant, ignorant, angry individual, Our new postmaster of our little one horse town, is not a nice person to say the least. He is changing everything, and wants only the PO Box number on package's, not physical address. Keep in mind we don't have home delivery, have to pick up our mail. He said they were going to send them back if the address was wrong. He also stated that he wanted the zip to be done in a 82939-XXXX format or he would return my packages. Crazy I know, but I don't want him to return my packages as I order a lot online. Then there is the fact, that he doesn't care if he puts everyone's mail in the wrong boxes on a daily basis. I TAKE ALL THIS MAIL BACK IN AND LET THEM KNOW, BUT HOW MANY PEOPLE THROW MAIL AWAY WHEN THEY GET SOMEONE ELSES MAIL????

When I went in to ask him about the situation, he threatened to remove me from the Post Office....what?? Threats no less???? On Saturday, the one worker was going to unlock the door at 10:00am, by the clock on the wall, and Mr. Postmaster, told her to stop, don't unlock the door until the computer says it is 10:00.....so I waited by the door for 4 minutes, looking at the gal on the other side. What???? Does anyone in Government jobs have a soul??? WE ARE DOOMED! No wonder they are broke and going out of business!
