I used MV Body Shop for our 2005 BMW X3 for a front left accident. They were not only super competent, patient, and professional - their work was OUTSTANDING. They literally matched the paint and made sure the door was fully operational. The quality level was A+. I will be using them again for my other two cars which are both German higher-end cars.

Recently, I went in to repair scratches on my BMW X5.

Since I insure with GEICO and they have GEICO agent on-site, so I was able to get estimate and drop-off done in one easy 30-min session.

Was given verbal estimate on-the-spot, and they follow up with more accurate final cost and completion date.

Every day during repair, I was given text message regarding the repair progress.

It ended up only took them 3 working days including the drop-off day. The estimate was 4, but I was totally expecting 6 (counting the weekend).

The paint job was absolutely flawless. Now my X5 is back to its Like New status. They also repaired inner structures as well as sensor that got damaged with OEM BMW parts.

I'm fond of the entire repair experience. And will definitely come back for any of future repairs.

I had a pretty bad damage on my car, and Geico recommended this body shop. They were very busy, but still fixed my car timely. In addition, they fixed an older smaller damage with a very reasonable cost. They tried to update their progress everyday although they missed that sometimes. They moved things forward very fast.

I hit something in the road and when filing my claim, Geico recommended this body shop as one of their "one stop shops" where you have the adjuster, body shop and even car rental on site. I had a great experience with them. They did great work--both Raul (body shop) and Mark (Geico Rep). Really happy and will definitely use them if I ever need to in the future.

It took longer to get my car back than expected...but only because my car is new and the parts were on back order. The service I received was excellent and the work was very well done. While my car was being worked on for one thing they even used their connection to get my windows tinted while there and had it all done without affecting the original expected time frame. Very friendly, and having a sub office for Geico (my insurance carrier) and another for Enterprise (to get a rental) was more than convenient.

I have had my car repairs at Mountain View Body Shop a couple of times. They were all finished flawlessly within a reasonable time for very competitive cost. I strongly recommend this body shop.

Reputation and service are stellar. Repaired the rear bumper on my Mercedes C300. Returned again to have the rear bumper repaired on my new Ford Explorer. They are my “go-to-guys” for auto body service.

In a short Excellent,dedicated and prompt. I took my Nissan Sentra having a bad damage to rare quarter panel and door.My car was delivered as promised on time with daily update of status by messages.After the body repair car looks like a brand new.I am impressed and definitely suggest to others...

Very helpful and professional guys .

I recently had a bad bruise on the side of my car while backing up. My insurance suggested Mountain View Body Shop, so I decided to go there. The service was great, they understood really well what needed to be done. They worked with my insurance directly and also with the rental car service so I did not have to run around. I was impressed by the work done when I got my car back, It didn't even look like there was ever a bruise on the body. Would definitely go to them for any car body fixing needs again. Highly recommend.

My car has an aluminum body. I first took it to the manufacturrers recommended body shop and they wanted to replace the whole panel. Mtn View Body shop repaired the panel for a quarter of the cost. The car now looks like new. They finished on time and called me to report progress. I couldn't be more pleased. Well done!!!!!!!

I even asked about some old scratches on the other side of the car from where the real work was being done and requested a quote. Rather than trying to sell me on additional work, my service rep convinced me it wasn't worth the money and was able to buff out most of the scratches and touch of the paint free of charge.



Will definitely bring my car back here again if more body work is ever needed.

Everyone in this shop is friendly, helpful and accommodating in my requests and concerns. It was my first time to go to a body shop so didn't know what to expect. Good thing Manuel showed me how to work with the insurance company and everything ran smoothly from there. Their in-house car rental by Enterprise came in handy and made it easy for me to rent at a budget without having to leave the shop.

I got back my car on time and with a bonus detailing job which was a pleasant surprise. Great job - will definitely recommend this shop to my family and friends!

Raul and the guys are awesome. I took my brand new Honda to get repaired and they did a superb job matching the paint and fixing the entire hood and grill. Their service is what stood out, from the minute I was in their office to when I left and later returned, they were: welcoming, informative, offered to take me to and from the Caltrain, and were overall professionals. This was my first time using Mountain view body shop and I was more than satisfied with the body work I was getting done on my grand Jeep Cherokee and the excellent customer service that came with it. Raul Vasquez was the one who accommodated with such customer service. Being a mother of a two year I dread having to deal with getting things done but Raul provided fast service and made it easy for me to get through the process.
