The food here aren't the real authentic items. These are the ones invented for the American audience. Don't get me wrong, they actually do a great job of satisfying the American audience's taste. If you get the walnut shrimp and mu shu pork, you will leave the restaurant a happy customer. The lunch specials are set at a great price without making you question if the food is of a questionable quality.

You know a Hong Kong restaurant is good if it's surrounded by Hong Kong people. From an American's perspective, this place offers some interesting blends of Western and Eastern food. There's noodles baked with cheese, ox tails, and a lot of other items I never seen in a chinese restaurant before. I guess this qualifies as authentic?
We use this restaurant at least once per month. We eat at the restaurant, order take-out and have orders delivered. The food is always excellent and the staff friendly. They have been at this location a long time.
