Company misrepresents information and takes advantage of the elderly. To date, no response.

I have had at least 2 conversations regarding my father's bill (XXX) with CPI. During the last conversation I had with a representative from your office - the representative stated that they would be in touch with my father regarding the charges and that the maintenance plan charge could be dropped immediately from the bill. He was charged over 1200.00 to replace a garbage disposal. To date, the charges have not been reduced and no one has followed up with my father. In addition, the replacement disposal is either faulty or of poor quality. It takes several minutes to drain when disposing of a food item. It should be noted, that quotes from other plumbing outfits to replace a disposal are far less (under $300.00) and my father has stated several times that he was confused when he was being asked to agree to the costs. In addition, the proposal he signed did not include any maintenance plan. My father is going to be 90 next month. He has been on Hospice. He is on oxygen and has congestive heart failure. His condition and degree of confusion should have been obvious to the service provider from you company. The $800 fee to replace the disposal (which by the way had been replaced less than two years ago and probably just needed to be reset), is exorbitant; but to tack on a maintenance plan is really outrageous. Please reimburse my father for the maintenance plan and take the charges off for the slow draining disposal. If you would like to see a video of the drain issues, I can provide one.

OUTRAGEOUS PRICING!! I am a commercial contractor from the Seattle area. I called and spoke with Kassandra to set up a time for a tech to go check out a possible main line backup with one of my commercial accounts in the Burlington area. She told me $69 for initial call and that would be billed if work was denied or deleted if we accepted the pricing to complete work from their tech. Their tech arrived on site and checked both toilets and floor drains and found that all was working fine and that heavy rains over the weekend might have caused some water backup. I wanted them to run their cable down the mainline to clear anything just in case. Tech quoted me $600+ to do this. (laughable) He then said that he could put a camera down the line for $500+ (laughable) Both operations are labor only and can be completed within 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. I know, I have my local plumbers do it all the time and am charged $150 for cabling with camera included if I need it. I know this is not the normal price for plumbers but even if you double it, it's still 1/2 of what these jokers are trying to charge. I paid the $69 and told them to take off. We won't be calling them again for work in their area.
