I bought a 4*4 from them 3 weeks agao. They agreed to change the power window controls on the driver side door, but everytime we call they still can't find the part. Now My car will not shift past 2nd geer!!!! I live in the counrty and have 3 kids. Needed a RELIABLE vehicle. This car is SO NOT RELIABLE. I paid for a vehilce out right and now I can't drive it. This is a really bad place to do business!!!!!!!!

My wife and I purchased a car from Mr. Cline about 3 weeks ago. He assured us that it was a good vehicle and didn’t have any issues that he was aware of. We drove it for about an hour after we purchased it and notice it wouldn’t idle correctly, the brakes were bad, the power steering pump was making noise, the horn won’t work, the ABS light came on, the passenger door is very hard to get open… I could go on, but I guess that’s enough. So, we took the car back and told Mr. Cline about the issues and he said his mechanic would fix the issues at a reasonable cost. So, we took the car in and there were several things that needed done, which makes me think they either didn’t check the car out at all or they flat out lied. Anyway, we told them to go ahead and fix the car. A couple of days go by and we get a call saying that the mechanic dropped a screw into the motor (while changing the intake manifold gasket), which ruined the motor. Hello. I bought a car from J. C. Auto for almost 3 grand. His web site says all vehicles are serviced and inspected before resale. Well my husband test drove it in town and loved it. After the purchase we tried to bring it home and it didn't even make it to our home.. After talking to the dealer he claimed he wouldn't take the car back but if i fixed it he would reimburse me for my troubles. I fixed the car after 4 different parts and sent him the receipts. He now refuses to reimburse me. The car ran for 2 days and is broke again.. whole other reason. I have had 10 different engine codes pop up on the car reader in less then 2 weeks.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND J.C. AUTO TO ANYONE. I wasted a lot of money and took his word after many conversations and he still will not follow through with anything he says and he claims to want happy customers. What a way to treat them. I got stuck with a lemon. I am not happy at all. All he had to do was go through with his word. I was willing to compromise.
