I ordered a cab for about a 4am pick-up from western suburbs to Midway airport. The driver did not exit the vehicle to help load luggage into the trunk. Once we got inside, the driver had a strong body odor. Approaching I-55 SB on I-294, he almost exited south onto I-55, in the opposite direction from Midway - I had to correct him at the last moment. After that I turned on my GPS. The driver proceeded making three wrong turns in the Midway area, wasted our time - I just could not correct him fast enough. When he finally pulled up to unload us, he did not have his credit card reader working, although I specifically ordered a cab who could accept credit cards. Just a complete mess of service!
