        I always go to this store when I get a new phone. You can make an appointment or just walk in. All staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend it.

        As i have continuassly gone to the att store to ask a simple question they tell me that my appoitemeant (for the 5th time) can not be found. I have all od the comfirmation texts and emails and they still blow me off. I call the store to confirm my appoitemeant today and they dont answer after i sat on the phone with the automated service for 45 minutes. I got in my car drive to the store and got in line to sign in and the person infront of me was complaing about a 2 hour phone wait with the service. I was going to just wait to talk to someone but as all of the employees just stand around with all of the tables open i was told i need to wait 3 hours. And i had one simple question.
