Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rachel was so helpful my cars transmission went out and my wife was starting her final exams at college. No reservations Rachel put us in a car on the spot. My car was not ready the day it was promised called Rachel and she extended me with out any problems. Well this happened 3 more times I really did not expect her to extended it again because the particular vehicle was reserved by another family. I was stressed and did not know what I was going to do as my vehicle was still not fixed.(day 7) Rachel checked my vehicle in and said she could put me in a smaller car with no wait I was on the road again. I will use them for all my rental needs. Thanks Rachel.
