Car-Mart

I wouldn't recommend anyone buying a car from Car-Mart; at least not in Mount Pleasant, Texas. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. Everyone that works there lie about everything!!!!!!! No one will return your call, and they always say that whomever you ask to speak with, is in a meeting. And just for the hell of it one day, I was parked down the street called and asked to speak to Hope and was informed she was in a meeting. She was outside smoking, laughing, having a good time. While I'm stressing as to how I've suddenly gotten stuck with this raggedy truck. The truck is in the shop yet again!!!! So now, I'll have to pay someone to take me back and forth to work. And then pay the car note. CAR-MART SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ONLY GAVE A RATING OF 1 BECAUSE THE SYSTEM REQUIRED ME TO....

The Car Mart in Mt.Pleasant,Tx sold me a lemon car and now I'm stuck with it. The car have been giving me problems since I bought it and the manager lie to you . While my car is in the shop they don't give you a loner car so that's more stress on me on getting back and forth to work .So to all if you can find a better place to buy a car at trust me go there or continue to buy from Car Mart and go through what I'm going through and maybe worst but this will be my last time
