        Not a great experience

        This is the third time my family and I have stayed here. By far this is our WORST experience. My hubby is 6'4 and we are in double beds! Needless to say we asked for a room up grade as we usually do and didn't get our request honored. The pool was full of filth and debri. We informed them of this and it still wasn't cleaned. The breakfast sucked. Maybe it's under new management but my family was not pleased at all.

        Location, Location, Location

        Nice choice when traveling with a family of 5 without having to get two rooms. thought we would have 5 in our party but ended up traveling with 4 and glad we didn't change, beings we had 2 teenagers. Very clean and roomy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The comp hot breakfast bar was good, as far as comp. breakfast bars go. Location is great! At the entrance to Patriots Point and at the foot of the beautiful new bridge that connects Patriots Point and Charleston. Joggers an walkers will like this, seeing as though a lot of people get their exercise there. Only downside was, if the rooms have an exhaust fan in the bathroom, ours didn't work, which is a must need when traveling with a family of 4 living in close quarters. Also...If you enjoy walking ghost tours, I HIGHLY recommend Ed Macy's tour. You will have to seek him out. He does not advertise like other such tours. Try locating him at www.edmacytours.com
