We have a mulit-point lock on our main door at our beach house. It is 22 years old and the mechanism is badly worn making the door almost impossible to open and close. We called a number of locksmiths and nobody had a solution other than replacing the doors at a cost of $7,000. Chuck at East Cooper was able to reengineer and modify a similar mechanism by eliminating the multi points. The door now opens and closes so easily even an 8 year old can do it. After having two seperate companies attempt to switch out my lock for my business with unsuccessful attemps to fix the lock correctly i called East Cooper lock and Safe. They came immediatley and had to tear the inside of the door apart only to find a botched up job. They fixed the door properly and charged me half the price and also did not charge me for the five keys that they made for me right there on the spot. Great customer service unlike the other previous two companies! I would give them 10 stars if i could!! They were exeptional!!

Affordable, Friendly, & Very Fast Service. East Cooper Lock & Safe was the best thing to come out of me being locked out. My overall experience was great and I did not feel like I was being ripped off. The owner was genuinely concerned and was more than fair. I called around and got estimates from other places and it was almost highway robbery. If I am ever locked out again I will definitely call East Cooper Lock & Safe.
