Creature Catchers and the owner Brad came to my rescue when a squirrel got into my home. I called him and he came over immediately. I was in the front yard when he got there and he calmed me down and then went in and came out just a few minutes later with it in a cage and took it away. I am a single senior citizen and having someone like Brad that I can depend on is everything.

was yelled at, called a "liar", "crazy" and threatened with a lawsuit after I hired Creature Catchers, paid them approx. $1400 to remove bats from a rental property, and paid another $725 for help at my own house for with what I assumed was a squirrel in my attic. Instead of a squirrel, the owner told me I had serious rat infestation, and offered to fix the problem for $725. I agreed only after asking if he would include fixing a leaking hose connection to my fish pond. The rat repair involved filling entry holes with hardware cloth and setting trap(s) which yielded one rat. He rerouted the pond hose using existing parts and removing many feet of pipe. When I went to inspect a couple of days later I found the filter pot (filled with pumice stone and plants on top) broken off from the hose and overturned on the ground. My pond was nearly empty and the fish were floating in a few inches of muck, apparently dead. I was very upset and he came over. Refusing to take responsibility for it, though the original setup was perfectly functioning for 10 years, he agreed to come back and reset the pot and fix the break. The next morning I town for an 11 day business trip, believing I could trust his word, and that he cared about his customers and their animals and plants. When I got back I was shocked that nothing had been done. I called him and he said the weather was too cold and rainy and he was short handed, but would when he got caught up. After a week of good weather I called him leaving three messages. Finally received the call back in which he was very agitated, accused me of lying because he said he would only fix it "if he had time" said that his family was more important, and threatened to sue me for publishing this review. He admitted he would not come back to fix the pond. He also said, "I have thousands of customers and you are the only person in the world who is unhappy with me". My advice: Do not take Creature Catchers at their word, get every promise made in writing in their unspecific contract.
