Chinese Restaurant Great Wall Buffet

If I could rate them worse I would. There is nothing good about this restaurant. I went for dinner and I tried two different entrees. They were cold. I didn’t take more than two bites. I lost my appetite, decided that I would let it go and I settled for dessert. I got a bowl of ice cream and found a hair. I didn’t pull it all the way out so I could show a waitress that it was lodged in the ice cream. I pulled it out of the ice cream right in front of her and she raised her voice yelling that it was mine because her hair was black. I didn’t eat anything else. I proceeded to bring my issue to the manager and he raised his voice at me accusing me of just trying to eat for free. I hardly ate anything at all. The service was even more despicable than the food.

Seriously, do NOT ask them any questions...they will flip out on you. I asked the hostess about the difference in pricing regarding children's meals and she got right up in my face and raised her voice. Then two other men came up and they all were talking loudly at once and everyone of them got in my face. I put my hands up and told them firmly not to yell in my face. I had to repeat this request more than once. It's not like I wasn't going to pay; I just wanted to know why the difference in price. I will never go back there again. First, I don't think it is very appropriate for any employees to yell in a customer's face and second, it is NEVER okay for an employee to yell at a customer in front of two small children. The food is mediocre at best so I won't be missing much by not returning.

Rude staff. Refused to give a receipt for payment. Food was wrong. Disgusted with the service.

The waitress stole my sunglasses and the owner did nothing about it to get them back! They were a gift, coach sunglasses worth $250! Im outraged and will never return here dont trust the staff!

If you like chinese. This is the BEST resturant in Mt. pleasant,lansing, alma,anywhere. it is only $5.49 for the lunch it has sweet and sour chicken, chicken and broc. rice, fried rice. menu and that is an ALL YOU CAN EAT BUF. It is amazing!!!!! and 7.95 for dinner and it includes CRAB LEGS OMG they are GOOD and they have FRESH SUSHI so good i have never ate so good of food in my intire LIFE. plus drinks ummm kinda formal but yet casual.... its hard to explain and they have a beautiful setting. gorguis cherry wood tables. BEAUTIFUL

All the food in this restaurant is delicious. Friendly staff also.
