Called to have some major excavating work and plumbing done for decaying orangeburg piping in Holly. Matt seemed like a nice enough guy, but never called back when he said he would. Waited for 2 weeks for a quote, then we finally called him. When we told him to schedule it, we waited another 2 weeks for him to call us about a date, which he never did. We finally gave up (disgusted with him, I might add) and found another company to do the same work for $2000 less.

Multiple problems, inside plumber could not follow directions, left before job was finished. They had to come back multiple times to fix their mistakes. When asked the last time to come back to fix the way the outside yard was left, they had to be called multiple times over several months. We had beautiful landscaping that they ruined, we paid them to fix and replace what needed to be dug up. They then replaced the gravel with a sub par cheaper gravel and did not put back the walkway the way it was before they started. The Drive was left uneven and bulging in some places. When they finally called us back we were told that it would be an additional charge of $300+ The supervisor, Matt Helmer, stated that he had driven by and it looked fine. He didn't even have the courtesy to stop and talk to us. He never had any intention of fixing this, nor do I beleive that he drove by. It is my opinion that they are disreputable, unprofessional and like to gouge their customers.

i would not ever recommend this company

basically, this company tried to gouge me and my family with an estimate.

they came in at least $1,000 cheaper- for less than 1/2 the work in comparison to the other guy! they were ready to take us for a spin...yet i can say....they were nice and quick to come to my home in highland even though they usually didn't service our area.
