New boiler installation done last week. Incredible job by Jeff, James, Mike & Gabe. The finished product looks like a work of art with all the configurations. They were efficient and knowledgeable! Excellent customer service. It was a huge job and they didn't leave until finished. Extremely pleased.

We had our second year A/C tune-up (which was free with an intro offer last year). Can't say enough good things about Douglas M.! He was on time, so thorough and explained everything he was doing. When he found a problem, he gave us all options to solve it and answered all our questions. We chose to have him proceed with the fixes, and he explained all that he was doing and then the maintenance we needed to perform. Douglas was very personable, polite and professional. I appreciate that Horizon techs take their time to do things right and don't rush on to the next job. We are 100% satisfied (just like the guarantee!

I had Horizon come in and do a tune-up on my furnace. The technician was excellent and explained everything he was doing. I was so impressed I signed a service contract with Horizon. I highly recommend Horizon to everyone for their HVAC services.

Needed to replace my AC and gas furnace (12-year old "builder's grade"), and called Horizon based on their advertisements. I was probably one of the first to have Horizon install a system in Burlington county (NJ) last year. Very happy with the neatness, respectfulness of the technicians, installation, and ultimately the performance of the system they helped me select. All paperwork was handled online, making for an efficient process, from order to installation, to follow-up system check (1-yr later). Glad to see the Horizon trucks in my area quite often. Would highly recommend this company.

I switched to Horizon from my old HVAC service and it was a great move. Horizon does a professional job and their servicemen are neat, clean and get the job done right! They don't try to pressure you to into getting additional services and are honest about the work that needs to be done. They will offer several options and explain the pros and cons of each.

We had drywall and painting done from a leak. It required multiple visits to complete since it had to be completed in phases fr drying. Each time the technician scheduled a time that was best for me. He was consistently on time, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend using Horizon Services.
