  Very rude and expensive.

  Very rude and expensive. I called to ask for pricing and I found it to be very high. I said the cost appeared high for transporation and asked if they were a distance away from Nyack. As the guy explained they were in two different counties, I heard a person in the backround say Da.... I'm not from this area, I am a distant relative and I found them to be very very rude considering my situation and time of sorrow. Sad very sad......

  If you think $344 for cremation is expensive I can't believe you spoke to one of our funeral directors.?..? As far as we know we are superior in service and "personal service" another jealous wacko competitor call us toll free at 1 800 244 omega

  very fair,compassionate

  I usually thought that my mothers cremation would be "EXPENSIVE". But the staff @ Omega Funeral Service
  
  went out of thier way to explain everything on the phone and we felt very comfortable with them.
  
  When we arrived to make the arrangements after the usual office hours they said many times they meet families @ their homes or offices to make things easier for everyone. Paul the funeral director said this type of simple service was what has family had for his Late brother in Law Jimmy and he gave us some very helpful ideas for the Memrorial Service we had @ the Funeral Home.
  
  Our family would recomend omega to anyone who wanted a simple no frills cremation service
