Red Tattoo Parlor

Overb the past year I have gotten 8 tattoos and my husband has gotten 3. He had a very big & ugly tattoo from Titan tattoo in Donelson. Lita did such a amaxing cover up which we didn't think was possible. I also had a cover up. Red is very clean, professional with a sense of humor and very nice and clean. Lita is a great design artist that worked with us on each design putting her input and out ideas together. So YES we will be going back!

I was very displeased with the service here. I got my nose pierced at Red Tattoo two months ago. After one month, the stone fell out of the ring and left a deep black opening. As a makeup artist, my face is my billboard but I decided to keep the ring in for an additional month just to make sure it had healed properly. I was able to get the defective ring out fine but couldnt get the new one back in. When I received the piercing, I was never instructed on how to change out the ring or how long it would take to heal so I went back in today to get help putting the new one in. I was met by Sophi who said that it would be $40 to put the ring back in because she "has to put on gloves." I didnt even pay $40  for the piercing itself (I have noticed that the prices that they quote are never the same and is completely different from what's posted on their website) so I told them I would find someone else to help me. As I was walking out of the door, she screamed "You need to learn to do it your _______ self!!"  Luckily, I was able to go to Ms. Karen at Titan Tattoos in Donelson who showed me how to properly replace the ring and gave me a guider to help with the process....and she did it all for free even though she didn't do the piercing.  I was more than happy to give her a very generous tip. I've worked with Titan in the past but decided to go to Red's because I wanted to keep my business in the Mt Juliet community that I live in. I will NEVER return to Red's again and will definitely be getting all of my future work done elsewhere.

Take your business here in Mt. Juliet! Lita runs a very professional and reasonable business (unlike some I've encountered in the area), and is very friendly and patient and a super artist.

First off,because I have been to too many places that are not, I have to tell you: this tattoo parlor is SPOTLESS...pristine, clean, sanitary and sterile. This is also a creative, unique environment. It you want a stock, off the wall stencil that everyone has, this is not the place for you. If you want a work of art, created by artisits, then you're right where you belong. What a gem.

I Love that every piece that leaves the shop is custom. Nobody in the universe with the same amazing ink I'm wearing. Great vibe, clean, affordable, friendly and female!!! Well done girls! I'll never go to anyone else.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new ink! I wanted a tattoo for my 18th birthday and felt more comfortable with a female artist (due to the hip location of the symbol tat)...needless to say RED was a PERFECT choice for me! I was a bit nervous at first (not knowing how the needles would feel), but Andrea made is feel virtually pain free. I am super impressed by the personality(ALL of the ladies are super helpful and nice!!) and performance at RED TATTOO. Totally worth it!



P.S. My Dad is planning a half-sleeve at RED because of the talent!

EXTREMELY rude staff,Do not recommend this place to anyone!

My mom and I went in to get our noses pierced, and a week later, we got our first tattoo. We were so impressed that we came in with one design, but left with something totally different, but way above our expectations. The creativity in that place is so high and awesome, that I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

This place was simply amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone who is considering a tattoo or piercing. They are clean, and very nice. Lita is a very talented artist, and like I said -- I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I chose to check out Red Tattoo Parlor because 3 friends got tatts there n they looked great n I saw the work Lita has done on facebook so I went there with a very vague idea of what I wanted n when I saw what she came up with, I was blown away. It was better than I imagined so I decided to proceed with her n it has been a GREAT experience. Lita is a great person from what I can tell n it is a cool n classy place. Very artistic n open-minded. She is a natural talent n after 2 visits, she asked me what all I wanted to add to my half-sleeve I was getting n I told her just do what u feel n it has come together so perfectly. I am soooo happy with it. She is my artist for life now. I will follow her wherever she goes to get my ink from now on. Also, it seems every time I go to get more done we come up with new ideas n I can't wait to get everything done we've came up with. They're so awesome they have groupies that come there just to hang out n chit chat. I'm now one of em n proud of it. Best place to get a tattoo or piercing for miles n miles.

I decided to try RED out when I realized it was a all female tattoo shop! I thought that was so cool! I went to see the artist's work and all of it was amazing! The atmosphere is fun and laidback. Lita spent time telling me about each tattoo in her photo gallery and I knew thats where I was going to get mine! I got a half sleeve done and it took 6hrs! All of my friends came and got tattoos done on the same day too! Rachel also does very good work! Sophie is the coolest shop owner/receptionist that I've ever met. Everything about RED is awesome! I highly recommend it!

All of the tattoos from this shop are drawn out for each person! I love it!! My tattoo was soo personal and exactly how I wanted it!

This place is very clean and friendly! The staff is awesome and they make feel like family. I have been here a couple of times and plan to get my first tattoo here and you should do the same because you will not regret it and you will be coming back for more.

Red is the best tattoo shop i have ever been in. Rachel did my new Tatto and it looks amazing. I will go there for all my future tatto and piercing needs.

This shop is wonderful. The women there are very friendly, creative, and do a great job. I love being there and I have never seen a cleaner shop. They were great with piercings and tattoos. I will only go there from now on for anything I get done.

This place is AMAZING!! The girls who work and run this place are friendly, hardworking and fun. They aim to please and I am a VERY satisfied customer. I have had 5 tattoos done by Lita the owner. She is an awesome artist. Anyone who is thinking about or wanting another tattoo needs to call and make an appt. Also, they have Real corsets and other apparel. If you are into body piercing, they have that too... Red Tattoo Parlor is by far the best place I have ever been to!!!!!

This place is the most awesome place to go for your tattoo and piercing needs! The place is CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL and has the most relaxed atmosphere you could ever ask for. The owners, Lita and Sophi are fun, friendly, and very professional not to mention they do AWESOME work! Lita's art is AMAZING! I wouldn't go ANYWHERE but there for my tattooing and piercing needs!
