Going there once a month and taking their pills really does help you loose weight...and fast. However, when you go for your check-up, you feel like your part of an assembly line. There's always lots of people and all we really want to do is get our pills and leave so it doesn't really matter that they are not 1-on-1 or real personable. "Just give me my pills and I'll be on my way." I took them for 3 or 4 months and lost 40 lbs. very easily, because believe me I didn't watch what I was eating at all. Was still eating the greesy pizzas, candies, cheesburgers, sodas...NOT diet. Anyway, if you want to loose weight fairly fast and easy, try if for a few months and see what you think. I do reccomend it.
