        Brix Cider specializes in locally grown food and drink. The cider menu rotates regularly and features 11 hard ciders made in house using apples from Wisconsin orchards. Each cider description lists where the apples and any other ingredients came from. Our ciders are mostly dry, but we always have a couple sweet options available. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages are also available. Our restaurant features a range of farm to table food meant to cover the bases for lunch or dinner, with several gluten free options and a couple vegan options. Specials change daily. We source as much as possible directly from local farms, including all of our meat, most of our produce, and most of our grains and flours. Most of our food is made with primarily organic ingredients, and we cook from scratch in house. Don't expect McDonalds prices, but we do try to keep prices reasonable considering the quality of ingredients and the amount of labor that goes into everything.
