Garbage receptacle has an extremely sharp edge that cut me deeply when I threw my garbage into it. The mainence worker refused to help me give me his name or owners name or contact info. He told me that there is usually a rubber protector on the can but it falls off all the time. He showed me his own arms which did have an injury similar to mine in same spots in fact and claim that I shouldn't feel bad about it because I wasn't the only person who got cut on it. He directed me to the phone number on marque which I called repeatedly and which was a fax machine . a fact I told him and even let him listen to.

I had to call police to get help when he refused to either call owner fill out an incident report or assist me with information of any kind.

The cuts were deep and skin sheared off. The can was dirty as you would expect. He emptied it prior to officer arriving and claimed I should have asked him to help me through my trash away. ???
