Kmart

Your customer service rep Melissa was not helpful and she was rude, refused to help and hung up on me, then I spoke to another rep-supposedly a manager- (after waiting 10 min on hold) and was told not one of the 4 items I ordered was in stock and that the Kmart website cannot always be 100% updated-I believe this makes your website 0% accurate! I was wondering why the Kmart parking was alway empty and why the Walmart across the street was alway packed, now I know why. Not to mention that prices are cheaper online-now you cannot order online-I am not wasting anymore time at Kmart!

Trash in the carts brought in by associates include but are not limited to: diapers, old ads, newspapers, et cetera. Calling the store results in most stock people taking their sweet time to get to you, and it's near inexcusable as the store is nearly never busy. When they are busy, they still have their skeleton crew. The employees are in an obvious clique, as the new people never stay long, and the same old rude managers and crabby ladies remain. Expired food is rampant. The store looks run down, and many nights the parking lights don't even work. The garden center is littered with dead plants, and unless the African-American man is working, you won't get any help.



This is an awful store; thankfully, Wal-Mart and Target are just right across the street.

Kmart is becoming outdated. It still has good prices but just not appealing to me.
