Built Solid Renovations

Look, This company is something to watch out for! Only because they are GREAT! ! My job did take a couple of months. However, Built solid and there team took there time and got me what the insurance did not want to pay for. Thank you Joe and the Built Solid team.

This is the best company I've ever had work on my house. Respond time the crew workmanship was fantastic. I felt they did a great job from start to finish. Built Solid Mark have patience did multiple houses on our street that I recommended to do business with. Built Solid Mark have patience with stand up company and I am proud to call them my contractors. Joe Minauro was outstanding as well.

We signed on with this company on July 28, 2014 to have work done due to hail damage. The work to be done were, roof, siding, trim, gutters and a new garage door. It took weeks before the roof was installed after several calls from me and getting the run around from them. We were told at sign up that the siding would be installed before October but it wasn’t installed until January 2015. The siding job was terrible! So much so that a different crew had to come back and redo the siding and trim. They showed no respect for our property. They broke several of our landscape lights as well as some landscape décor. They broke the dryer vent off the house and broke the shutoff valve from our well pump. They threw garbage all through our newly done landscaping and urinated on our house. Their customer service is a joke. We have not heard from them since the siding was installed for the second time. No calls about when the gutters would be installed or calls requesting the final payment yet on February 21, 2015 we received a certified letter from them informing us that they put a lien on our home for payment. The job is not even done yet! Dealing with this company has been a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!
