The dentist is nice and knowledgeable but some of the dental techs aren't too kind. The Mexican tech seems nice though.

Is awesome he has huge hands so at first I was petrified but ... Come to find out it the extra muscle to pop out a tooth that's been killing u .... Is awesome... Thank God for small blessings

Teeth Cleaning
Dr Chu and his staff are the best!! Alex is so gentle with my teeth cleaning! I see her every 3 months! Dr Chu has done several crowns on my teeth. Lynn always has a smile on her face and is great working with insurance. And Sharon is always friendly and helpful. Perfect Smile is the best I have ever been to!

I am very impressed with Dr. Chu and his staff. Dr. Chu is very thorough and compassionate, very good at taking time to understand all the history and symptoms to determine diagnosis. He even spends time to research my teeth issues and apply the most current update treatments. His staff is wonderful. Amanda â€“ the assistant is always concern and care. Sheâ€™s a great help to Dr. Chu and is a gem. Alex and Marlee â€“ the dental hygienists are very professional and friendly. They're the key to our ongoing teeth health. Last but not least â€“ Lynn & Sharon â€“ the admin/ receptionists are incredible. Theyâ€™re always has the best communication and follow up process to make sure our appointments happen smoothly. I appreciate the fact that they always make sure that our time spent at the clinic is limit to necessary time only. Itâ€™s very minimum to no wait here. One other thing that I really appreciate them is that they always take out our burden dealing with the insurance and together with Dr. Chu, they plan out the best treatment plans for us every year. I have a lot of teeth issues but Dr. Chu and his amin group always take into consider emergency extent of the treatment, crown color match, minimum shots, and budgeting... to have the best treatment plan for me. The whole office is really going above and beyond on treating and supporting their patients. Other staffs that we donâ€™t go to are always friendly and helpful. I canâ€™t use enough words to describe the care and services that we received here. When we walk into Dr. Chuâ€™s clinic, we always feel like we have walked into our own home. Thank you for taking good care of our family. I highly recommend Dr. Chu and his staff.
