This place is like a scary, big, old…

This place is like a scary, big, old hotel. I'd be afraid to need emergency care from this facility. I'm bummed we don't have a better hospital closer by for the coast. It's too bad the people that work here - or answer the phones - are so ridiculously rude. I called to ask a simple question and the rudeness of the woman on the other end of the line was frankly - astonishing. I've never been talked to in such a manner. I will never stoop so low and care so little about my health as to bring myself of anyone I care for - to this facility.
