Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent cars all the time and this has by far has been the best service that I have received from any rental car place!!! Marissa and Rashad have the best customer service. The went out of their way to contact me and update me about any all information that I needed during my extended rental. I was involved in a car accident and they made the process very seamless from beginning to end. They even contacted me to update me when the coverage would end! I would recommend going to this location above ALL locations! This is now my favorite rental car location!!

Recently, I tried the company again and was completely satisfied with the change in customer service and options for clients via vehicles or payment options. I have used Enterprise several times before and never had any issues with their service. The only minor issue I had with this rental was - I was given a contract with an amount on it, when I went to turn in the vehicle someone had handwritten some additional charges on the contract. Once I told the rep our copies did not match, without hesitation she removed the handwritten charges and all ended well.
