Sadly I have to echo the sentiments expressed below. After calling three separate times and leaving two messages, the owner called me back. I politely explained that I had indeed left two messages and she basically called me a liar but that we needed to move forward and get me scheduled. I was appalled by the sense of "I'm doing you a favor by calling you back" I was getting. I have never been treated this way by any other day spa nor have I had this much trouble with someone actually answering the phone. At any rate, she told me that they were completely booked through January and all weekend appointments were booked through February. Since I work, I told her I'd have to call back after I find out what day I can take off. She didn't sound too understanding. I can honestly say that I'd rather let the Groupon I purchased go to waste than set foot in that place. After all, if this is how it is on the phone, what would I experience in person?
