Amy & Jim at Precision Auto are awesome, I couldn't ask for better customer service or a broader knowledge base. I will only be dealing with these guys, period. Great service, Great people! I went in and had them look at my vehicle, They quickly fixed the problem and had me on my way. Later went in to check on the cost of the part and the average labor charges for my area, They didn't overcharge me in the slightest. They were very honest people. Went in for what i thought was a water pump leak and come to find out after the tech. showed me that it was my upper raditor hose leaking. replaced the hose for alot less that what i thought it was going to cost. The owner's at Precision automotive were very nice. They offered to give me a ride home because it would take a little while for the part to arrive.
