Amazingly fresh and delicious. Try the Minuteman Restaurant again...Marty and Scott have revived this Morristown favorite and it is better than ever! A clean and homey feel with delicious eats every time!

The food is atrocious and the restaurant is very dirty. I was served unfiltered well water, because the server forgot that someone was working on the pipes in the kitchen. Minuteman is also home of the rancid iced tea and flat soda. The first reviewer was right, this place is good for a laugh, if you don't die first.

Have eaten here twice, 6 months apart, both times at least one order had burnt food and the restaurant area was either unkempt or flies abounded. We do not plan to eat here again.

The Minute Man has saved my marriage. Ever since the new owners took over, I have been able to escape the daunting task of actual cooking for my family. The food is awesome. We've never been unhappy with anything on the menu. Also in edition to having a great meal, we are entertained on a regular basis by the owner Pat Gerrity. It's as if I'm at comedy night every Friday night. Pat and his wife Kathy are attentive, wonderful and very personable people. The waiters and waitresses are like family. I recommend the Minute Man to everyone.
