My car's battery died so we had a towing company come get it, and they accidentally backed into it- causing damage to the back bumper. Insurance company recommended, so we left our car here while we went on a trip to visit family for 10 days, when we come back- THE CAR DID NOT MOVE SINCE WE HAD BEEN THERE LAST! We arrived around 1 and waited 30 minutes for them to get back from lunch as the note said "will be back around 1:15".

Customer's keys and paperwork are left on the front counter, UNATTENDED WITH DOOR OPEN. Absolutely utter nonesense.

Performance Auto Body was recommended by my insurance company when I made a claim after a deer ran into the side of my car. They looked at the car first thing Monday morning, had the estimate to the insurance company and the parts ordered by Monday afternoon, and the car was fixed and ready to be picked up before they closed on Friday. The total cost of the repair was very reasonable and the car looks great. They were always polite on the phone and answered any questions I had about the repair process. I hope I never need auto body work again, but if I do I'll definitely go back.

if you value your car at all do not take to this garage they are very very sketchy people to have work on your car. after I hit a deer my insurance agency took my car there. after the work with finish they called me and told me my car was ready. on pon getting there I noticed that the hood was not lined up right with the fender. they then fix that. I asked the kids who was behind the desk you have done the work on my car and he said he does not know he is just there behind the desk to do the paperwork. so when the manager got there I asked him if he did the work on my car and reported that the same exact can you just told me he didn't even touch the vehicles. so I was kinda worried that they messed up on the car no one would take responsibility who did the work. so I want to go start the car no gas in it there and the gas out and did not even have any common courtesy to put any gas in the vehicle so I could just get my car in driveway. I had my wife and my little three month old baby there to get into the car to make it to my baby doctor appointment which then we did have to cancel because I had to run clear to the gas station and fill a5 gallon bucket of gas to put in the card that they ran out of gas. they didn't apologize don't think they said it is they did run it up the road to get an alignment but they did not put the gas back in it. very sketchy very unprofessional I would not recommend this garage to my worse enemy.
