My experience with Enterprise was not that good this time. I rented a car on a Friday. On my way home, I noticed a couple of warning lights were on, but thought, surely they saw them and if there was a problem, they would have done something. My husband and I went out to eat and a warning thing come on and said we have low tire pressure in front passenger side tire. So I stopped and paid to have air put in the tire. The tire pressure showed 23 pounds before we put air in, after air was put in, it was back up to 33 pounds. The next day, we got in the car so I could take my husband to his dialysis treatment and again it showed low tire pressure in that same tire, so after I dropped him off, I went back to Enterprise to tell them. They checked the car and sure enough there was a nail in the tire. The person working there told me I could take the car up the local tire store that services their cars and have them put on another tire. I told them, I wasn't taking the care anywhere, that was their responsibility. They agreed and did have another car to put me in for the rest of the weekend. That car was great.
