I have been using this animal hospital with the same staff for years and years. I own and care for 8 dogs. Recently I lost my little tiny t-cup poodle, She had many health issues during her 10 years of life and Dr, Causby always took excellent care of her. When she died Dr. Causby called to ask if there was anything they could do and sent me a lovely sympathy card. That meant a lot to me as Tessie was my baby.

The staff is so friendly and helpful and there is seldom a waiting period. Dr. Causby always gives you all the information you need and then is helpful in assessing how and what treatment is beneficial for each pet.

I recently had to put my 13 year old T-cup to rest. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life. But she was in so much pain and I just couldnt see her hurting the way she was. Everyone was so caring in dealing with T-cup and me. It was hard to try and talk, even harder to try and stop the tears. But everyone understood and didnt press for answers or push questions. I had to walk away knowing that it was for the best and let them do the right thing. When she was at rest and ready for me to bring back home, they brought her out to me and I couldnt speak for the knot in my throat. I just knodded and she walked back inside.



This may not be the kind of reveiw everyone may have expected to read. But unless you are in the shoes I was this morning. Its hard to explain how nice and kind the staff was.
