Glass Fabrication

Glass Fabrication does not stand behind their work. I highly suggest anyone looking to have glass replaced look for another company. They installed a plate glass window in my home and the molding at the bottom of the window started to buckle also the frame on the right and left side are loose so this window is hanging on by literally nothing. I had to tape the window to the frame just to keep it together. When I called this company to report the problem they said they would be out the next day to repair it, but they never showed up. I called them back 3 days later and they said oh we can't cover window moldings, this is just something that happens with windows frames. But wow it's only happening with the window frame they worked on and non of the other windows in my home. They wanted to charge me $40 to fix somthing they messed up on. Buyer beware if you use this company Glass Fabrication. Very unhappy customer :(


Update: A month later Glass Fabrication came out and fixed the problem under the warranty and did not charge me.

An excellent company. From the first time I called, I was able to get an immediate estimate, the price later matched and I was able to get the work done on a weekend. The crew who worked with us were friendly and very efficient, did fantastic work, and left without a mess. Would definitely recommend and will consult again for any glass needs.

Great customer service! I called on a Sunday when they were closed but they took the time to listen to my problem, asked me to send a pic via text, and replied with a solution. I was in a bind and they took the time to help me out when on one else could. Thanks!

I am still speechless about the service of this company. Glass Fabrication was sub contracted to install additional locking mechanisms on my windows. First, I had an 8am appointment and calls at 7:56 stating he's running a little late due to traffic. He arrives at 8:30 and you could tell he just got out of bed due to his bed hair and puffy eyes. I show him the windows I wanted the locking mechanisms and he starts opening and closing them. He finally gets them to lock and tells me that they lock. I advised him they don't lock correctly and I wanted the extra security. He tried to have a debate regarding the windows. I finally had to tell him "are you going to do the job? If not, then get out of here". With no hesitation he picks up his drill and walks out the door. I strongly believe he was in a hurry to go to his next job. Since he was already late with me he wanted to make up time for his next customer.

Called several other companies at 1:00pm, wanted someone to come down same day , no one was willing to do the job except Jack. He was very professional, understood my needs, gave me an estimate over the phone and promised to arrive by 7:00pm. Not only did he do an excellent job, he cleaned the glass he installed and the mess on the floor. Great experience, Great service, Nice people and very reasonable....

I was in search of a good company to repair my garage door window and a double glass window i called a couple companies and there prices were either to high or they required 2-3 days until i called glass fab. they did it same day as well as a very good price the lowest price actually and surprisingly it was same day service.

I would highly recommend, professional service and excellent pricing. They had to came out a second time because of a mistake I made so they did everything they could on the first visit. Communication was very good. I'm extremely happy with the result.
