Terrible experience
I passed by this store several times and decided to try using the service by an Asian couple not Jeremy and Karen. I think the other store owned by Jeremy and his wife is Moraga Cellular & Jewelers. This store is a different one. At any rate, I brought my rings to have the prongs extended I thought the craftsmanship was just o.k. not that great as they sat pretty high and would get caught if you are not careful with your clothes.
I recently took my watch to have the links taken out, the wife took the bracelet links out and did not give me back enough links nor the pins. In fact I had to take my watch back since she broke the pin and it came out. She told me that she took the link out from the middle part of the bracelet and not at the end where it broke. I came back to pick up my watch, she told me she did not do anything as it was not her fault. She then told me it would cost me another $15.00 just to put in the new pin on top of the $12.00 she initially charge me for taking the links out. There was no standard price as she raised her fee every time I came back .(The first time I took another watch to have the links taken out she charged me $8.00.) I took my watch to another watch service store. The owner was very nice, honest ,professional and fixed my watch as we watched him. The cost was $3.00. I asked him to shorten another watch for me. He gave me back all of my links and pins and charged me only $5.00. He also told me they always took the links out at the end of the bracelet and not in the middle. We ended up
tipping him for the good work he provided.
I will never come back to this Moraga Jeweler .
They are incompetent, dishonest and just plain bad people.

Excellent jewelers. I’ve used this jeweler for gifts, repairs and to create a new ring from and old style ring. The owner came up with a more contemporary design at a very reasonable price. He took everything I wanted and created a one of a kind design for me. He and his wife go out of their way to accommodate last minute gift purchases. They’ve made accommodations for me and my crazy work schedule. If you are looking for a jeweler they are the real deal.

I recently had my gold diamond and sapphire ring and bracelet repaired. Service was informative and helpful. The owners have been in the Rheem shopping center for 20 years. I decided to buy Christmas presents and purchased 2 necklaces and a beautiful ruby and diamond ring. Jeremy is a gemologist and was extremely helpful. Hi s wife, Karen helped me try on the necklaces and has an eye for what I liked. I will be back soon!!!

Great customer service. Friendly, honest, helpful and informative. They even cleaned my wedding ring for me while we were waiting on a quote to have my Omega watch repaired. Jeremy did a complete overhaul on the watch and still runs great a year later!

I'm glad i found this store in the Rheem Shopping Center! My watch which i wore for over 5 years broke so i decided to see if Moraga Jewelers could fix it. The guy working there, Jeremy, seemed pretty knowledgeable. He even opened up the back casing and showed me where the problem was. He ordered the part and within the next few days, my watch was fixed! Service was great! I would highly recommend to my friends.

We have been coming to this Mom & Pop shop for at least 13 years. Over the years we have had watches repaired, watch batteries installed, rings sized and redesigned. We also purchased new jewelry for birthdays and Christmases. Outstanding customer service and very reasonable prices!!

I recently returned from a trip to visit friends in Orinda, CA. I live in Ft. Smith, AR. While there, my bracelet (diamond tennis style) broke. My frieind took me to Moraga Jewelers. I was exceptionally happy with the courteous service & friendliness of the employees. I susbsequently decided to have the battery in my watch replaced & again was pleased with the service. And it was cheaper than in Ft. Smith!!!!!
