Price Construction

I worked with Chip Price of Price construction for several months before returning to work as a "shop" teacher. Chip pays incredible attention to detail and always has the customer's best interest in mind. Job sites were never left until the finished product was just right. That always included clean up and any number of small details necessary to make the customer happy with the result. Chip has a lot of experience and therefore knows many ways to save the homeowner money and time without sacrificing quality and in fact sometimes creating more quality than a less experienced contractor. Chip also stands behind his work offering a seldom seen work warranty on everything he does. The warranty is possible because Chip is not just an owner/supervisor he is involved in every aspect from planning to swinging hammers and is on site to check the quality of work throughout the entire process. Many of the homeowners we worked for were repeat clients who rely on Chip and his company every time they expect high quality results. Chip's advertising states "no job too big, no job too small" and this is truly accurate. During the summer I worked for Chip we worked on a multitude of jobs ranging from large porch enclosures to sink faucet replacements. Chip's tile work is also exceptional. As a teacher I know how much you need to know about a subject before feeling comfortable to teach others and I can tell you that Chip taught me an enormous amount about tile work from prep to finish grout. In general, Chip and Price construction is a highly regarded, professional company that I would highly recommend for all building and remodeling needs.

We found having Price Construction do our remodeling was one of the best decisions we ever made. Except for the bedrooms the entire home was remodeled including the kitchen, bathroom, entrance way, play room and laundry room. The owner of Price Construction (Chip Price) offered us many ideas and recommendations on design and styles and we are very glad that we accepted all of his input. Chip and his team arrived each day at the expected time and was very thoughtful of our needs since the whole house was being remodeled while we were still living in it. We were so very satisfied with the finished product that we contracted Chip to return and reside our house as well as building a roof extending over a large portion of our deck and patio.



We will no doubt engage Price Construction for any future projects and we would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for the highest possible quality in professional workmanship and service.

Price Construction did an addition, roof and sided my house in 2001. We are very happy with their work. They started the job anf finished in a timely manner. You hear alot of horror stories about contractors who start jobs and then never come back to finish. I can honestly say that I am 100% satisfied.



The workanmanship was exceptional. It is almost impossible to tell that they added onto my house. The roof and siding came out perfect. We now have a beautiful family room, another bathroom that was so needed with three daughters and a huge master bedroom with cathederal ceiling.They also added a front porch to my home. My wife still loves it as much as the first time she was able to use it.



I would highly recommend Price Construction for any kind of construction or remodeling needs you may have. They are amazing.
