the dispatchers are rude and clueless, a lot of cabs don't show up or leave before you even walk outside, and if you need to get somewhere urgently like work they are not dependable. switching to uber.

I use Yellow Cab of Lake Norman for all of my travel needs to and from the airport. My driver is always on time and very courteous. This is the best taxi service in the area!

This company is great!!! The dispatchers know me by name and the drivers are prompt and friendly. I have been telling all my friends about Yellow Cab!!

WORST service I've ever received. My friend called first, I called 30 minutes later, and then my other friend with us called one hour later. We only wanted a ride from Birkdale Village to a nearby location and kept getting the same answer: "Your cab will be there soon." The driver never showed up and we had to call another service because of the lack of urgency to accommodate their customers. If I could choose less than 1 star I would.

Yellow Cab of Lake Norman ROCKS! I'm writiing this review after having used their service several times and each time I got a cordial dispatcher and my taxi arrived promptly...it's a real de-stresser to have them in my back pocket when my vehicle goes on the fritz or maybe I'd like a night out on the town with the girls and not have to worry about driving myself home!!! They know me by name now and I feel like I have a trusted friend I can rely on 24/7

They will gauge you! Don't know where they are going! Have to depend on GPS! And that keeps freezing up! What a joke!

They get me where I need to go quick and safe. Drivers are really nice and down to earth. I feel comfortable in their hands. Also, I'm always greeted with friendly voices when I call. A+

The dispatchers are friendly and gave me their name so I could call back and ask for them if there was any problem. The driver arrived at the requested time, even after I changed the appointed hour. Since I was going to a doctor's appointment, I asked the dispatcher if the driver would wait. The dispatcher suggested I avoid the "wait charge", and indicated that all I had to do was call as soon as my appointment was ending. Sure enough, the second driver appeared for my return trip within 10 minutes of the call. Both drivers were exceptionally friendly and polite. I NEVER write reviews--but felt compelled to do so seeing a prior negative--and unfounded--prior review of Yellow Cab. These guys are great!
