The dispatchers are friendly and gave me their name so I could call back and ask for them if there was any problem. The driver arrived at the requested time, even after I changed the appointed hour. Since I was going to a doctor's appointment, I asked the dispatcher if the driver would wait. The dispatcher suggested I avoid the "wait charge", and indicated that all I had to do was call as soon as my appointment was ending. Sure enough, the second driver appeared for my return trip within 10 minutes of the call. Both drivers were exceptionally friendly and polite. I NEVER write reviews--but felt compelled to do so seeing a prior negative--and unfounded--prior review of Yellow Cab. These guys are great!
