Brawley Animal Hospital

Been with this clinic for 4 1/2 years and I have nothing good to say. My only mistake was staying with them with my four dogs over those 4 1/2 years. Their focus is making money and clients can go to hell....that is my opinion based on many disagreements with one of the Doctors. That is my impression of their policies! I could go on but not worth the time or effort. I've had dogs all my life and this is the first clinic I've ever had a problem with.....but they have accused me of being the problem.

Great place to take your furbabies! Entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

Poor diagnosis and fixation on the money. A very poor way to handle customers and rude. The worst customer service encountered for a long time! The cost twice as much as any other vet around.

Ive been going to Brawley Animal Hospital for over 8 years until today. Horrible customer service! They just lost my business over $15 they were unwilling to waive for a nail trim that I thought was complimentary. They came back and said its only complimentary once a year during an annual visit. Let me just say I never got a complimentary nail trim on her annual visit back in July. They told me my dog had a heart murmur today and that I should come back and get her checked out and have an echo test which costs close to $400. I was willing to go back to pay this just so I knew my dog was ok and didn't need to be on any sort of Medicine....but not now! if you can't waive my $15 nail trim, I will take my business somewhere else. Congratulations Dr. Finkes you just lost a customer over $15!

Very unprofessional !!! Summer has come in the way of a break up and has been posting on behalf of the breakup on social media sites. Will never reccomend!

Called with an emergency as our dog was sick. Receptionist was rude and said no openings for 3 days

I received a substandard annual visit. I was told my dog probably has a tooth infection and I'd need to come back for a cleaning. They just cleaned his teeth!. But it'd be an additional $377. Avoid these girls!

I had taken my dog to them for the first time a couple months ago. My intention was to just have his teeth looked at but I noticed his foot was swollen. When I entered the front office the staff was so welcoming and really vocal towards my dog. I felt really comfortable there. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Shivers she imediately turned her attention to his foot area and was very informative and made some very good judgement calls. She did end up diagnoseing him with cancer. She was extremely sympathetic and so down to earth. You could tell she was not only very professional but very caring and truly loves what she is doing. I felt she was true to heart and spoke to me gently and calmingly about my options with him. Through it all with the ton of calls on questions and concerns her and her staff always took the time to help me understand his symptoms and directed me on what to do.. They never once seemed to hurry me off the phone and always treated me with care. This is the best place PERIOD.. You will not find any other vet like this place I can assure you that. If anything make the call first or stop in and say hi. You will see first hand what a Marvolous group of human beings they truly are and that there best intrest is truly your pet and you. They are a great family in the office and they welcome you in that family from the start. I truly want to say THANK YOU!! Brawley Animal Hospital for being there for Me during and after Tank's death you made this a better process then I could even imagine even down to the sympathy card.. Tank and my family were blessed to have found you!!!!

Dr. Finkes, Dr. Shivers, and the staff at Brawley Animal Hospital in Mooresville are fantastic. The staff is always friendly, and the doctors (we usually see Dr Finkes) seem to enjoy their job, and love our pets. We always feel like we're getting the best advice, and best treatment for our furry family. I highly recommend Brawley Animal Hospital. I'm a very over-protective pet momma, so this recommendation means a lot!
