As the previous reviewer stated Action was quick and decently priced (a little higher than I thought it should be but not out of hand).

Kayla who originally took my call and set up the appointment was friendly. They were able to get someone out to the house within about an hour of my call.

The technician, Joe, inspected the issue and called to update me about it as well as to give me a quote. He advised me that the sediment filter had been incorrectly installed and he advised moving it. (This made perfect sense as I had noticed that the filter never seemed to have sediment in it but the sediment always made it into the house). He got water back on for my tenants within 3 hours of me placing the call and scheduled the filter move for the next day. He ended up getting several emergency calls so he had to bump my filter move back a couple days but was good about staying in touch to let me know. This is a rental house in another city so Kayla even sent me pictures of the work to my phone so that I could see what had been done. I will recommend Action Plumbing to friends and will use them in the future.

Due to their name I thought they would arrive quickly.

My assumpation was accurate. He arrived within the hour. After repairing my bathroom , the owner

James Ritchie inspected all my plumbing in my

house including my water-well system. I was very

impressed by his professionalism and his friendly smile.



As he was writing out the charges as normal I was

a little afraid of how much he would charge me, but to

my surprize he was very reasonable.
