White Glove Car Wash

They damaged my car and would not take responsibility. The man who cleaned the inside of my car had a rivet on the back of his pants that was bent over and sharp as a razor. It ripped my leather seats and they all stood looking stupidly at me and telling me the rip was there. It was clearly new and the guys pants, which I took pictures of, where obviously the reason. The manager just looked stupidly at me and told he couldn't contact the owner and said he did not know who insured them.

Most expensive car wash I have ever had.
