First I would like to say that the dealership did correct the problem I had. My problem with the overall service is that there was no attempt to satisfy me completely. There were no recommendations to improve my situation, the supervisor seemed to know very little about the electronics of my truck. I thought the dealership knew everything! After two more visits to the dealership to complete the process, the only advice I got was to unplug the battery for about 30 minutes. I finally found the info I needed from an online forum. The one silver lining of the visits was a very nice lady who communicated with me through the process. (I think her name was Mary).
Hey I have personal dealings with this company. I Bought a Jeep from them 6 months ago and it is still going and I have never HAD A PROBLEM with it. I even got behind in my payments and Amber helped me out with a payment plan. These people are great people they help you out when you need it and no one else will. I guess that is why Chip Ellis has been selling cars for 30 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well end rant i just don't like to see people bad mouth good people.
What a difference a new owner can make, we purchased our last vehicle 3 years ago and swore we would never come back, but our friend said that a new owner took over and they had a great buying expeirence so we did go back and it was like a new dealership, we were treated with respect everyone had a great attitude and we feel like we got the best deal ever, now I really would recomend all my friends and family to buy here. Thank you Stivers for taking over
