I am in the process of redecorating, and go to walmart quit often. I purchased a large picture frame and painted the walls. (purchased paint at walmart too and thats another story) The frame did not match the new paint, so I tried to exchange it for something that matches. The idiots at the customer service counter said that I cannot exchange anything there because my driver license had expired. I had all kinds of identifing documents, my license has a picture, credit cards, debit cards, I ask for the store manager, and the three idiots tosed around a few names (someone that will back them up and can't think outside the box either) and then proceeded to call their friend idiot up there to parrot the same stupid, and unable to think outside the box comment. Soooo I drove home, tried to call Mr George Morrissette (the manager). Tried five times, they did not answer several calls. When they finally answered, I ask for Mr Morrissette, no one ever came back to the phone. Now If the manager doesn't know about customer problems, HE SHOULD KNOW. COME ON WALMART!!!! Do you realize how rediculious this is? You have NO PROBLEM with excepting MY MONEY with an expired license. I don't have time for this bunch of crap! It is not worth the little bit of money I save to walk in there and have to put up with all the things I have to put up with. I tried changing stores here in Montgomery, Al. but idiots are running all of them. So I'm going to go renew my driver license, so I can just get a refund and NEVER walk in that dreadful place again. I'll go where I can get some intelligent service. Walmart deserves 0 stars!!!
