Classic Cadillac of Montgomery

Purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia through the Crest Cadillac dealership in Nashville. Alison Taylor at Classic was a pleasure to work with over the phone. Only complaint is that all communication is addressed to my husband and this is my vehicle. ;)

First I would like to say that the dealership did correct the problem I had. My problem with the overall service is that there was no attempt to satisfy me completely. There were no recommendations to improve my situation, the supervisor seemed to know very little about the electronics of my truck. I thought the dealership knew everything! After two more visits to the dealership to complete the process, the only advice I got was to unplug the battery for about 30 minutes. I finally found the info I needed from an online forum.The one silver lining of the visits was a very nice lady who communicated with me through the process. (I think her name was Mary).

I went to Classic wanting to purchase a GMC Sierra and they did not disappoint. Pricing was good, and their staff was easy to work with. If you get a chance to purchase a car or truck from Classicaskto speak with Danny Brantley & tell him I sent you.
